Every member of administrative staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The optometrist was also very pleasant, however, after having my spectacles made, I needed to return for a re-check as the prescription was too weak. The optometrist claimed this was due to the fact that I wanted "magnified" and "better than 20/20 vision", but I'm unconvinced as I struggled to see PowerPoint presentations clearly at school, seated only halfway back in the classroom. I have also been wearing spectacles for 30 years and have never encountered a prescription issue.
